Return policy

Due to the complexity of our logistics and the distance involved in bringing these extraordinary pieces to you, we are unable to accept returns.

Rates

Artworks are packed individually and ship via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Standard shipping rates are applied

Timeline

At Sanae, we work closely with artisans in remote and underrepresented regions to bring their exceptional creations to you. Due to the nature of their locations and the intricate craftsmanship involved, certain ordered items may take longer than expected to arrive. In some cases, delivery times can extend to 6-8 weeks or longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as this ensures that each piece is crafted and delivered with the care and authenticity it deserves.

International shipping

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order. We don’t deliver to PO boxes.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sanaecollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sanae Collective is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
