The Gems of Gouache earrings are a playful asymmetric pair of earrings. The idea of a pigmented paint drop and a brush stroke of silver and gold are combined in this work.  The opaque colored stones imitate the vibrant pigments of paint together with their drop shapes, playing with the sense of reality of them dripping gently off the last brushstroke. The gemstones in these earrings can be chosen according to liking. AbOUT MASS LEE

Mass Lee Designer duo Josefine Mass and Dabin Lee met during their studies in the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Mass being Finnish uses her strong sense of Nordic simplicity and playful modernism, and Lee as a Korean respects her longstanding tradition of careful craftwork and detailed designs. They both manage to find a common visual language by admiring each others origins and identities
